Class size: min 5, max 12

followed by 30 min of interactive 'hands-on' activity

working with 3 different samples to apply your new skills

with side-by-side guidance from the chef.

90 min class includes lecture and chef-demo as we cook together, with explanations on cooking technique, the science behind the cooking process, and anything pertaining to the topic. Although understanding the cooking process is key, this is 50% lecture and 50% cooking!


Fee: $75 per person (full meal)

Many participants have called this a "life-changing" class!


Developed and presented by Chef Rita for the Denver 2010 USPCA Convention as a training lecture for professional personal chefs, this very popular class, always filled to capacity, ranks highly by attendees, and sells out quickly. Lecture covers taste physiology (physical), taste perception (emotional), balancing western- and eastern-cuisine flavor profiles, and much more, and includes working with 3 samples, so you can apply your new skills with side-by-side help from the chef.
